Where to get Fleiss’ kappa for Elan

Hi!

Fleiss’ kappa is not an option for interrater reliability among three other options (it’s the fourth option in current online Elan manual).

Current manual for Elan references an option for Fleiss’ kappa.

I’m using 5.9 and I would upgrade to latest version of Elan but I can’t find Fleiss’ kappa in any of the release notes (6.1, 6.2, or 6.3).

Could somebody point out what I am clearly missing? (Is it part of 6.0 for example?).

Hi,

Yes, that option was introduced in ELAN 6.0.
The option is briefly mentioned here, in the release notes of 6.0. All release notes since 2001 are still available online on those pages (but not every change or new function may have made it to a mention in the release notes).
