Waveform not showing (ELAN 6.2, iOS 11.5.2)

When I open .wav files in ELAN 6.2 I do not see the waveform, and the option to select the waveform is greyed out in the ‘view’ menu. The .wav file is in the same folder as the .eaf and shows as being linked to the .eaf. This happens with any .wav file I try to use.

I have tried reverting to previous versions of ELAN and experience the same issue, even with files that I previously had no issues with. Anyone else experience this? Or is there a known issue with iOS 11.5.2 and this function in ELAN?

I have iOS 11.5.1 and running ELAN 6.2, I can see waveform when I open the .wav files.

Probably in your ELAN application Signal viewer might have been disabled.
If you go to View → Viewer and see if Signal Viewer is disabled or enabled.

Try to enable it if it is disabled.
