Since the corona outbreak, we’re working using remote desktop access. ELAN 5.5 doesn’t show the mp4 videos and gives a JAVA crash message when linked, but does show the videos when using mpg (which is the format where frames shift all the time, we do not want to use that). Audio and annotations are loaded no problem.
When using sslvpn.mpi.nl remote access, all formats work. Unfortunately with a very poor quality though, making it impossible to code.
Is there anything we can do about this so we can continue working? Thanks!
