I use the win 7 system, and when I use the Elan 5.6, I suddely can’t add the video files after I add the eaf. files, and once I add the eaf. file it will skip to the elan. And I think maybe this is the problem of the version, but when I uninstall the software thoroughly, and reinstall the version of Elan 5.9, this problem still exsits.

Unfortunately the log does not contain any information concerning loaded videos. Is this really the contents of the log after selecting a video and after the blue screen appeared?
Just to be sure, the video does not appear in place of the blue rectangle after resizing the topmost area the video rectangle is part of?

This seems to be a case where the media player “recognizes” or supports the file but is not able to fully load it. For unknown reasons, not clear error messages are generated. We have seen examples of this before but never found out why this happens with some files or on some systems.
In ELAN you could try a few preference settings (Edit Preferences->Platform/OS tab). Under Java - Microsoft Media Foundation the option “Synchronous interaction with the player” (open the file again to see if it makes a difference, probably not). Otherwise select e.g. the JavaFX Media Framework, close ELAN, launch it again and try once more.
Outside of ELAN you could try to re-encode the mp4 following guidelines in this guide and see if the same blue screen appears for the re-encoded video.
