I’d like to use ELAN to code my videos in the way of time sampling. That means, that i Need fix time intervals of 30 seconds. I want to code behaivior, that ocurse in the videos just with the values “can be seen” or “can’t be seen”.
My problem is, that i don’t know, how i can define a fixes Timeinterval, like 30 seconds, so that the codes will allways be stuck to One interval.
For example: When i code the behaivior talking, i want to code it with the Value “Seen” or “Not Seen” vfor every interval of 30 seconds in the video.
There is an option for that in the Tier menu, Tier->Create Regular Annotations… The user interface still needs some polishing, but it allows you to specify the start time and end time (of the interval in which the annotations should be created) and the size of the annotations. Size meaning the duration per annotation (in your case 30 seconds).
If you want annotations for the whole duration it is most convenient to place the playhead at the beginning of the file and then open the regular annotations dialog. You then only have to specify an end time and the size per annotation.
Thanks for the great advise. I managed to get the annotations with a regular time interval. Now the next problem is, that i need to get my coding into an exel-sheet.
I created 9 tiers with annotations. Each tier stands for one behavior, that i investigate. I created a vocabulary so that its only possible to answer, that the behavior occurs. i need that counted. For Example: behavior1 occured in three intervals, behavior2 occurred two times, etc. So i need for all 9 behaviors the counting for bringing that into SPSS.

Well, normally the best way to get your data into a spreadsheet-like application is via the File->Export As->Tab-delimited Text… option. This is also available as a “multiple file” operation (can be performed for multiple files in one action).
In your case, where you seem to have a separate tier per behaviour, the option View->Annotation Statistics might be useful as well. The Tiers tab in that window shows the number of annotations per tier, with information on min., max. average etc. durations. Each tab can be exported to tab-delimited text. The Annotation Statistics feature is also available for multiple files.
