Syncing between AX6 accelerometry and Video in ELAN

Hi All,

I am using the 7 days data from the Axivity AX6. A part (approximately 30 minutes) of this data is used for a validation study. For the validation study, a video via a tablet (at 29.92 Hz) is used.

I have check that there is no lost/drop frame from the video. I have synced the two data using an identify at the start of the video. I have also created similar identifiers at the middle and the end of the videos.

I noticed that there is a drifting between the two systems.

Have anyone encounter this issue?

Hi,

Just to be sure, is the drift due to the visualization of the AX6 data in ELAN (as far as it is possible to verify this, e.g. by comparing timestamps of the start/middle/end identifiers with corresponding video frame timestamps)?

I assume the AX6 data are visualized in the Timeseries viewer? If so, was the “Continuous Rate” checkbox selected when the track(s) where configured?
