can ELAN export in the REFI-QDA format?

No, there is currently no such export. There have been discussions about this format and (some level of) support for it as an export format is under serious consideration but it is not clear when this can be implemented.

We have a basic version that exports the main tier and dependent tiers (only tried with the “included” tier for export to Atlas.ti. Let me know if you would like it. cdsjeff “at” buffalo “dot” edu.

Yes, we’re interested, I’ll be in touch. There have been a few requests and discussions concerning export to REFI and this was/is on our list of things to look into at some point.
