Hi there, relatively new user to ELAN but I couldn’t find anything in the documentation. I would like to Export Multiple Files and multiple tiers. Sometimes, the tiers don’t actually have any content, which is informative (e.g. a behavior occurred 0 times). But it seems like if an .eaf file or a tier has no coded content in the tier, it either doesn’t export at all or it simply creates an empty row. Is there any way to print “0”/NA output to .csv?
Hi,
I don’t think there is such option at the moment. I assume this is about the export as tab delimited text file (or other export functions as well)?
You could also have a look at Multiple File Processing->Statistics for Multiple Files…, there tiers without annotations are in the table with “0” for the number of annotations. But maybe this is not the type of output you need/like.

Hi Han, thanks for your response. Yes, I was talking about tab delimited text files.
Sounds like I could combine the exported statistics with my other export files to get what I need. Thanks!
