Issues with finding eaf files if the files ahs been moved on the cloud and so the path has changed

I m having issues with opening video/audio eaf files after a restructure of data files in google drive. Through Elan I can open some video files correctly but others seem to not open and send me an error message. Is this a problem with the video or the eaf pathway? Does it matter if the video is avi. or mp4 or MP4? Meredith

Hello Meredith,

Could you let us know which version of ELAN you are using?
Are you opening the video file remotely or is it in your local system?
Could you send us the Error message when you try to open the video/ eaf files? Also the view log when the error happens would be helpful. (View → View Log).
