Hi, hoping you could help me soon. My computer doesn’t launch ELAN anymore. When I click on any icon of the software or file eaf, the following message appears: failed to launch JVM. As a consequence I cannot work anymore. I have uninstalled the software and have installed it again, even with another version of the software, but the message is still the same: failed to launch JVM. I have also uninstalled java, just to verify if the problem was with java. However nothing changed.
Please, help me.

It appeared the problems started after installation of accessibility software (NVDA); the current ELAN distributions don’t include a certain Java module necessary to support this.
This will be fixed in future releases.
