I want to download information about tier names, types and associated participants. Essentially I’m looking for a table like the one that appears in the “change tier attributes” menu here:
Unfortunately this table can’t be exported or copied (can only select one row at a time). When I try exporting the ELAN file to tab-delimited text, I can only get data on the tier name and participant, but not the associated tier type (even if I export tiers by tier type).
Does anyone know a way to download the data from the “change tier attributes” menu?

No, that’s true, I don’t think there’s a dedicated save or export function for that information. Maybe it would be good to add that to e.g. the overview window generated via View->Document Info...
What you can do for now is, in the window of your screen capture, is to select the Delete tab just below the table (or select Tier->Delete Tier...) and select all cells there. Since it is possible to select multiple tiers for deletion, the table in that window allows to select multiple or all rows (with a shift+click). The keyboard shortcut Command+C then copies the entire content, tab-delimited.
