When I created a new file with a media of about 4 GB, ELAN 5.9 crashed. My operation system was Win10. But when I ran the same procedure in ELAN 5.9 with my older PC which was under Win7, it worked. How to solve this problem? Thanks.
That’s strange. What type of media file is this about? Do you think the size of the media file plays a role in the crash?
The log via View-> View Log… is probably not accessible, but did you have a look in the most recently modified elann.log in the ELAN data and settings folder, to see if there are clear error messages?
