I am trying to do a structured search on ELAN, using a file domain. But somehow it doesn’t work with the folder I have selected as I keep getting this message:

Could you let me know which ELAN version you are using when you encounter this issue?
After the error message “The following files could not be parsed and are therefore removed from the search domain:” appears, please go to View → View Log…, save the log file, and send it to me.
The log should contain a more specific error message explaining why those files cannot be parsed, and it will help us see what is going wrong in the multi-file search engine.
