i am using Arbil for the metadata creation. Is it possible to insert new tags in order to develop the metadata set for historical corpora.

Keep in mind that it is recommended to use “key” fields only in cases where an appropriate field does not exist.
Additional description fields can also be added in the same way and this might also be appropriate for historical information.
