I wanted to know if it was possible to make annotations on several video files simultaneously (these are video files of the same scene taken from different angles). I’d like to be able to superimpose 2 of them to annotate them more effectively.

It is possible to link more than one video and they will be shown next to each other (not superimposed).
You can select multiple videos in the File->New... window, for new annotation documents, or add additional videos in the Edit->Linked Files... window, for existing documents.
