Explanation of twins rituals 1
This interview was done just after the ceremony where twins had been wached in a special source. this ceremony is made in order to purify the twins and their mothers and fathers, also to abroge the interdits given to their mothers after birth.
Collective hunting
Such a hunting event involves the use of non-daily discourse, such as the shoutings with which the master of dogs (ngang a mbwa) commands his dogs or the formulae which the leader of the hunting band adresses to his hunters. The entire event was recorded and a DVD of the event was projected in the evening to the great joy of the whole village.
Oral traditions
Etienne Mvala is the elder of Kisala-Kafumba village, custodian of history and ancestral wisdom. He has no administrative authority to manage the village, but he is still viewed not only in his village, but also in the country, to resolve disputes during palavers.

On the basis of a guide to edible mushrooms in Central Africa, the team asked whether the women knew the mushrooms described in, how they called them in nsong. Other questions were asked about their categorization in the folk taxonomy.

On March 24, after JKM filmed a twin ceremony called nsaŋ a bambwʊl ‘palaver of the twins’ during which the village elders end the twin ceremony, in the evening, a twin mother, Bayi, gave us more explications on twin rituals, which we recorded.
