Synaesthesia
Anonymized data related to the polygenic risk analysis in the SynGenes cohort. Data include polygenic scores for schizophrenia, autism, and body mass index, as well as sex (coded 1 = male, 2 = female), and 20 principal components for ancestry. There are 2908 subjects, 727 synaesthetes (coded as 2), and 2181 controls (coded as 1), all of European ancestry. The cohorts involved include SynGenes, the Nijmegen Brain Imaging Genetics cohort (BIG), and Generation Scotland.
Sample DNA1312475Z was sequenced much later (data received February 2014) than the rest of the jr/syn samples, hence it is archived separatelly from the other samples.
