CR4: S dresses up as a monkey, climbs up the drain pipe, and chases T into the apartment; when S sees the old woman, he plays his monkey act, and starts looking underneath everything in the apartment, looking for T; the woman pretends to be nice, gives him a coin, then hits him over the head with her umbrella.

CR3: S squeezes inside the drain pipe and starts climbing up it; T sees him and drops a bowling ball into the top of the pipe; the ball hits S and S swallows the ball; he comes out the bottom of the pipe rolling down the street and crashes into a bowling alley.

CR2: T is swinging in his cage; S climbs up the drain pipe to T's window and stands on the ledge, moving his finger back in forth in time to T's swinging; when T sees S, he escapes his cage into the apartment; S follows him, but is thrown out the window onto the street below seconds later; the old woman comes to the window yelling and shaking her umbrella at S.

CR6: S sets up a seesaw on the sidewalk in front of T's building; he stands on one side of it, and throws a huge weight onto the other end, thereby sending himself flying straight up into the air; he grabs T from his cage on his way by the window; he hits the seesaw coming down, and the weight that he sends flying comes crashing down on his head as he's making his getaway clutching T; T escapes unharmed.

CR8: S walks down on the street, he shinnies up a mast and starts making his way to T by walking along the streetcar cables; he sees a streetcar coming his way and starts running; the streetcar catches up to him and he gets repeated electricity shocks; as the camera pans down, the viewer sees that the old woman and T are driving the streetcar.

Pear story: A man is plucking pears from trees, standing on a ladder. He puts the pears in a bag, and drops one when he climbs down the ladder. He takes the pears out of his bag and puts them in baskets. He takes the pear he dropped, cleans it, and puts in a basket. He then gets up, wipes his knees and climbs the ladder again. In the meantime, a man with a goat approaches and walks by. A little later, a boy on a bicycle rides by. He gets off the bike and steals one of the baskets. The boy rides off with a basket of pears. He passes a girl who's also on a bike. When he looks at her, he bumps into a stone and falls. The pears are everywhere. When he tries to get up, he sees three boys staring at him. They help him to his feet and put the pears back in the basket. One of the boys plays a game with a bat and a ball. The boy who fell then moves on, the 3 boys head in another direction. On their way, one of the three boys finds the little boy's hat. He gives it back and gets 3 pears in return, which he shares with his friends. They move into the direction of the man who was plucking pears, who just got out of his tree and noticed that one basket is missing. The boys pass by and walk on.

CR5: S pretends to be the bell boy in the hotel that the old woman is checked into; he takes her suitcase and the cage from her room to take downstairs; he escapes down the back stairs with the cage (covered) and sets it down in a back alley; when he takes the cover off the cage, he finds the old woman crouched in the cage instead of T; she takes off after him, hitting him with her umbrella.

CR1: T and S see each other through binoculars; S runs from his building across the street into T's building and gets thrown out the door into a pile of garbage seconds later.
