Timing off between original annotations and those exported

Hi- I am having two issues:

  1. when I export the .eaf and send it to another annotator, the timing is off between my annotations and where they actually are on the video. What am I doing wrong?

  2. When I go back into my Elan files and open an annotated file, sometimes I can start the video from the beginning but not the annotations. I am not sure why it works on some videos and not others. How can I fix this as I would like to be able to see and check my annotations once videos are coded.
