problems re-opening a file

Hello,

I encountered a problem with trying to reopen a previously composed diagram on a different computer. When I open the .svg-file, an overview of the diagram appears. Once I click on the diagramm, the program tells me it needs to recalculate the diagram in order to interact with others. Then a blank page appears and all the previously entered individuals an relationships have disappeared.
I’m using Windows 7 Professional on both computers and have accesed the file I created on one PC via an internal network.
Do you have any idea what might be the problem? Thanks for you help!

Hi Anne,

For the diagram to be edited the application needs to have access to the project (database) used to created it. Have you tried opening the the originating project first, then opening the diagram while the project is open?
