I need to create metadata for my audio files. I tried to download ARBIL for creating metadata and import in Elan, but I’m not able to download ARBIL. What metadata editor could you suggest for ELAN? The Elan manual suggests IMDI and CMDI files.

Although Arbil isn’t maintained anymore, it can still be downloaded here. But maybe downloading as such wasn’t the problem?
Alternatively, you could give Lameta a try for creating IMDI files.
